Receive a signup email from Patient Ally (PA). We use PA to handle our HIPPA-compliant digital forms. This email will arrive within 24 hours of registration.
Step 3
Register with PA. HIPPA compliance requires that they confirm your email and phone number.
Step 4
Login to PA and go to the documents tab and sign your intake forms.
Step 5
Our friendly staff will be in touch with you shortly to complete you Good Faith Exam.
